To benefit from this price match plus 5% discount, there are three key steps to follow. The first occurs when you find one of our products cheaper on a competitor's website. You must then provide us with the URL of the competitor's page showing the cheaper product(s). Your request must be sent to info@stand-direct.com.

WE VERIFY THE INFORMATION PROVIDED
Upon receiving the competitor's offer details, your request is handled with great care by our teams. First, we analyze the quote sent and re-simulate your order on the competitor's website. Once this is done, we run the same simulation on our site to check the price difference. This process will be completed within a maximum of 24 hours.

WE MATCH AND REDUCE THE PRICE BY 5%
If the competitor is indeed cheaper, our teams verify our wholesale purchase price before giving a final answer. If the purchase price allows it, we validate your request. If our purchase price is higher than your quote, we attempt to renegotiate with our partners... If we cannot, we will be forced to decline your request.

Lower price requests can only be made on perfectly identical products, meaning the same specifications and delivery conditions (design time, delivery time, etc.), excluding clearance items and temporary promotions.
