The exhibition stand is the strategic investment for regular exhibitors at trade shows: it embodies your visual identity, structures your prospect engagement, and directly conditions your event ROI. Stand-Direct offers two complementary families of exhibition display stands: aluminium and fabric tube stands for maximum mobility and quick setup, and advertising arches to mark an entrance or structure visitor flow.
At a trade show, your stand is the first element that catches visitors' eyes from the aisle. It carries your brand, communicates your value proposition, and differentiates your space among dozens of competitors. A quality, well-designed stand makes the difference between a passing visitor and a qualified prospect ready to engage. Investment in a professional exhibition stand typically pays for itself within 3-5 shows.
The aluminium and fabric tube stand is the solution of choice for mobile exhibitors: lightweight foldable aluminium structure, HD-sublimated textile cover in your brand colours, setup in 5-10 minutes without tools. Everything packs into a wheeled bag weighing 15-25 kg, transportable in a standard vehicle. Ideal for sales teams attending multiple shows and brands organizing 5-15 events annually.
The advertising arch visually marks the entrance to a stand, VIP area, event zone, or sports finish line. Inflatable or tube structure, 3-5 metres high, up to 10 metres wide, fully personalized to your brand guidelines. Widely used at sports events (sponsoring), festivals (main entrance), and consumer trade shows (thematic zone entrance).
All our exhibition stands are fully customizable to your brand identity: high-definition digital printing on polyester fabric or PVC, Pantone colours faithfully reproduced, high-resolution photography, vector logos and complex gradients. Textile sublimation printing ensures stable colours over time, even after multiple washes.
Exhibition stands are part of our indoor POS product range. For complementary stand elements (brochure holders, banners, event furniture), see our display stands, banner stands and totems, and custom event furniture categories. Delivery within 7-15 working days after proof approval.
For regular exhibitors at trade shows, the tubular aluminum and fabric stand is the optimal investment: 5-10 times cheaper than a traditional custom-made stand for a tool that can be reused at dozens of shows. The cost per use quickly becomes marginal in view of the commercial impact generated.
For a complete and coherent event system, combine the tubular stand base with: strap guide posts to structure the reception, standing brochure holders for documentation self-service, rollups for detailed communications, possibly an advertising arch to signal the entrance to a large thematic stand.
For general public events (sporting events, festivals, commercial events in parking lots, public exhibitions), advertising arches visually signal the main entrance, sponsor a sports finish line, and structure a visitor route. Height 3-5 meters for maximum visibility, total customization to your charter or sponsors' colors.
For temporary commercial events in large-area car parks or city centers, complete the entrance arch with a tubular stand for central entertainment, flags and banners for perimeter signage, and advertising barriers to structure the space. The coherent whole creates a complete temporary brand universe.
For a complete 3 meter tubular stand with customization (stand base + transport bag), count on €800-1500 depending on the quality of the structure and the complexity of the visual. For a 6 meter stand or in L/U configuration, €1500-3000. For a complete stand with event furniture (background + reception table + brochure holder + 2-3 chairs + rollup), plan on €2500-5000. This investment typically pays for itself in 3-5 shows.
The assembly of a 3 meter tubular stand takes 5-10 minutes for an experienced user, 10-15 minutes for a first assembly. The aluminum structure unfolds in sections then locks by automatic ratcheting. The fabric cover is slipped on from the top then closes with an invisible zipper on the ground. No tools required, assembly can be done by one person. For L, U or arch configurations, allow 15-20 minutes for the assembly.
All our tubular stands use flame-retardant treated polyester fabric, classification M1, complying with the fire safety requirements of most European exhibition centers. An M1 certificate is provided on request, to be presented to the organizers if necessary. For particularly demanding centers (certain German or Swiss halls), B1 or non-fire versions can be provided as an option. Check the classification required in your salon regulations before ordering.
For a tubular stand with cover printed with your visual, allow 7-12 working days of production after validation of the graphic proof. Urgent orders can be processed expressly within 5 days on request, at an additional cost. If you already have a compatible structure, the lead time for a new cover alone drops to 5-8 days. Systematically anticipate the logistical time between validation and the date of the show.
For an optimal professional rendering, provide your visual in 100 dpi resolution at real size (i.e. approximately 150 megapixels for a 3 meter wall). Accepted formats: high definition PDF, vector AI or uncompressed TIFF. For visuals containing photos, anticipate a source definition of at least 150 dpi. Our in-house studio can adapt your source files or create the visual entirely from your brief and your graphic charter.
Yes, inflatable advertising arches are specifically designed for outdoor use at events: sporting events, festivals, finish lines. They include a ground anchoring system using stakes or weight bags to resist the wind. For non-inflatable tubular arches, outdoor use is possible but requires robust fixings in the event of exposure to the wind. Avoid use in high winds (>40 km/h) to avoid damaging the structure.
The polyester fabric cover can be machine washed at 30°C with a mild detergent, without fabric softener or bleach. Prefer moderate spinning and drying flat or on a drying rack, away from direct sunlight. Absolutely avoid tumble drying which could alter the structure of the fabric and harm sublimation. Once dry, the cover can be lightly ironed with a gentle iron (polyester temperature) if necessary. With careful maintenance, the cover retains its shine for several years.
Yes, this is one of the great economic advantages of the tubular stand. The aluminum structure remains compatible with a new printed cover, allowing a total renewal of your visual at a reduced cost. This modularity is valuable in the event of a change of graphic charter, launch of a new product range, or one-off event campaign. You can even have several covers for the same structure and alternate between shows (corporate, product, event).
Can't find the answer to your question ?
The success of an exhibition stand does not rely solely on the quality of the structure and printing: a magnificent, poorly operated stand generates few qualified prospects, while a simple, well-animated stand can turn a show into a commercial success. A few structuring principles allow you to optimize your event approach.
First principle: visual consistency from the aisle. Your stand must be immediately identifiable from the main aisle of the show (10-20 meters away). This requires strong signage (your logo clearly visible at the top of the stand background), a color signature consistent with your graphic charter, and a clear hook message readable from a distance. Avoid overloaded visuals that are impossible to understand in 2 seconds.
Second principle: structure the visitor journey. Think of your stand as a multi-stage experience: attraction (strong visual from the aisle), welcome (welcome table or counter), demonstration (product area or showcase), discussion (seated area with chairs), departure (brochure holder to take away the documentation). Each step must be identifiable and functional.
Third principle: actively run the stand. A non-lively stand (salespeople sitting behind the table checking their phone) generates few prospects. Favor a standing posture at the edge of the stand, with active visual contact towards the aisle. The objective: spontaneously engage in conversation with interested visitors. This active commercial posture triples on average the number of qualified contacts.
Fourth principle: systematically capture contacts. Without contact capture (business card exchanged, qualified form completed, salon badge scan), your visit to the exhibition generates no measurable ROI. Systematically provide a capture tool (quick paper form, tablet with digital questionnaire, badge scanner). For visual animation, complete with rollups for detailed communications and a standing brochure holder for self-service documentation.
Fifth principle: follow up rigorously after the show. Contacts generated at the show have a “hot window” of 2-3 weeks maximum after the event. Beyond that, the initial interest fades. Organize a systematic follow-up plan within 5 days following the show: personalized email, sales call, sending additional documentation. This monitoring directly determines the real ROI of your event investment.
