What documents are required to place an order?+
Official purchase order signed and stamped by the competent authority, budget commitment reference or accounting line, SIRET number (France), BCE (Belgium), USt-IdNr (Germany) or VAT number, delivery address and invoicing address (often different).
For which types of orders does Stand-Direct accept a mandate?+
Any order of at least €150 ex. VAT from a recognized European public administration: ministries, local authorities, schools, hospitals, universities, regional agencies, public services, public operators, and parapublic organizations.
What are the delivery times for public administration orders?+
Identical to commercial orders: 24-72 hours for in-stock products, 1 to 3 weeks for custom manufacturing (illuminated frames, personalized marking). Quote includes firm delivery dates.
What if the administration does not have access to Chorus Pro or Mercurius?+
For administrations not yet connected to electronic platforms (Chorus Pro in France, Mercurius in Belgium), Stand-Direct sends the invoice by paper or PDF email. We support the transition to e-invoicing if needed.
