Delivery Countries and Timeframes
We deliver to all European Union member countries (Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, United Kingdom, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden). The average delivery time for each product is indicated on the dedicated product sheet (an order may contain products from various factories and therefore be delivered in multiple shipments on different dates).
For any additional information regarding the delivery time of your order or to confirm delivery of your products by a specific date, please contact our team. We will be happy to assist you and find a solution that meets your needs.
Shipping Costs
Transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend combining all your items in a single order. We cannot merge two separately placed orders, and shipping fees apply to each one. Package dimensions are always appropriate and your items are properly protected to ensure safe transport. Orders over €500 qualify for free delivery!*
Delivery Information Required
Not all addresses are easily accessible for delivery drivers, so please include any necessary information in the special instructions to ensure fast and efficient delivery by the carrier. Clearly indicate all delivery details without any omissions or spelling errors.
A valid and easily accessible telephone number is mandatory when creating your customer account. This will not be used for marketing purposes, but will be provided to the carrier in case they need to reach you with any delivery-related issues.
For environmental reasons, we do not process orders under €45.00 including VAT (excluding shipping and packaging). Shipping costs shown in your cart include preparation, packaging, and delivery fees.
Order Tracking
Once your payment is received, you will receive an order confirmation email.
After your package is picked up by the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that may or may not include a tracking number. Due to the size and weight of some products, or to meet certain delivery requirements, we may use specialized carriers that do not always provide tracking numbers.
1) Tracking Available
Packages with a tracking number are monitored from pickup to delivery. You can access the carrier's website directly by clicking the link in your email, or by entering the tracking number on the carrier's website.
If the carrier is delayed or reports damage, please notify us via our contact page so we can reach out to them. The dispute will then be followed up by email or possibly by phone, and we will do everything we can to deliver to you as quickly as possible.
If you have not yet received your order by the stated delivery deadline, you can contact us via the contact page, and we will do everything necessary to expedite your delivery.
Although we do our best to minimize your wait time, our delivery times are provided for guidance only. In no case can Stand-Direct be held responsible for any damages incurred due to exceeding the stated deadline.
2) Tracking Not Available
If you did not receive a tracking number in the shipping email for your products and have questions about your delivery status, please contact our team directly. We will inform you of the progress of your delivery or arrange a quick solution with the carrier or local depot in your region.
