Different Models Available

Depending on your needs, the machinery you use or where you want to install these polyurethane posts, you have a choice of 3 different models.

These three models share certain common characteristics. All three are made of polyurethane. The protection posts offered are yellow with two black bands and one reflective red band at the base of the post. These posts are rounded and stand 1 metre tall. Due to their composition, they can be used both indoors and outdoors.

The first model has a total width of 20 cm (with the base plate to be fixed to the ground) and the post itself has a diameter of 9 cm. Its net weight is 10 kg.

The second is wider: 25 cm width with the base plate. Its post is 16 cm in diameter. Its net weight is 23.6 kg and its gross weight is 29 kg.

The last model is the widest of the three: its total width is 32 cm, of which 27.3 cm is for the post itself. Its net weight is 76 kg.

Assembly and Fixation

To connect the post to the base, simply lock the two parts together. However, the base plate must be fixed to the floor using 4 anchors (galvanised or stainless steel), which are not included! Please order them separately.
